When you use the Creator Embassy website or app, we may collect: account information you provide (name, email, social handles, media kit details), community activity (messages, campaign participation, submissions), payment information processed by our payment partner Stripe (we do not store card numbers), and standard technical data (device type, app version, usage analytics).
How we use it
We use this information to operate the platform — matching creators and brands, running campaigns, processing escrow payments, awarding points and milestones — and to improve the product, provide support, and send service communications. We do not sell your personal information.
Sharing
Information is shared between brands and creators as part of how the platform works (e.g., a brand sees the media kit of a creator who hearts them). We share data with service providers (such as Stripe for payments and analytics providers) under contractual safeguards, and when required by law.
The voice guide on this website
This website offers an optional AI voice guide. It is off until you start it, and before your microphone is ever opened you are shown a notice and must agree. If you choose to use it: your speech is sent to a third-party voice-AI provider to transcribe your words and generate the spoken replies; the conversation is processed and may be recorded and retained to operate and improve the service; and anything you give the guide (such as your name, email, and what you are interested in) is used to fill in the contact form on this site and kept as a record of the enquiry. The guide fills that form in for you — it never sends it. You send it yourself, from your own email application. You can decline the voice guide and use the website normally, and you may request deletion of a conversation record by contacting [email protected].

We retain data while your account is active and as required for legal and financial records. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by contacting [email protected].
Children
Creator Embassy is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
